„Rules of recognition of foreign credentials in Poland”CONFERENCE
Conference „ Rules of recognition of foreign credentials in Poland” organized by the Polish NARIC (Bureau for Academic Recognition and International Exchange) took place in Warsaw on the 15 December 2003.
Over 200 persons participated in the event, including representatives of state and non-state higher education institutions, and research institutes having right to nostrify (recognize) foreign credentials. Representatives of various official bodies were also present. The came from such institutions as: Central Council of Higher Education, Central Council of Higher Artistic Education, and ministries supervising higher education institutions, i.e. Ministry of National Education and Sport, Ministry of Culture, and Ministry of Health.

analysis of questionnaires concerning the nostrification procedures carried out by the units of higher education institutions in the period of 1991-2003
changes in the Polish system of recognition of foreign credentials after the EU accession
recognition of professional qualifications after the accession of Poland to the EU
