• participates in negotiations of international agreements in the area of recognition of education

• organizes seminars and conferences on topics connected with recognition of education in Poland

• co-operates closely with ENIC/NARIC network all over the world

• gives opinions and participates in negotiating of international agreements and programmes concerning the education of Polish citizens abroad and the studying of foreigners in Poland

• co-operates with diplomatic and consular offices in the area of recruiting foreigners to Polish secondary schools, higher education institutions and in-service centres as well as Polish citizens for various forms of education abroad

• qualifies foreign candidates for studying in Poland and organizes the Inter-Ministry Qualification Committee

• attends foreigners studying in Poland and Polish citizens who obtained scholarships for studying abroad
